How do I care for my linen pieces?
Wash your linen in a cold wash, nothing over 30°C. Anything hotter could cause shrinkage. Use a gentle detergent & avoid fabric softeners.
Do not tumble dry. We recommend laying them flat on a clean, dry towel & keeping them out of direct sunlight.
The beautiful thing about linen is that it is renowned for its durability and elegance. Linen is twice as strong as cotton and ages beautifully, becoming softer with every wash.
How long will my order take?
Made to order products (this is specified on the product listing) will be dispatched within 14 days. This gives us time to create your individual pieces with love and care.
Other items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

How can I return my item?
We want all our customers to be happy with their items, therefore we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return your item, please ensure it is in its original condition & email hello@misa-official.com with your return request, full name & order number.
Please note we do not offer free returns.
Please keep your tracking number for your return, once we have received your item we will confirm & process your return.
